Salted Spoon The First Year of Creating a New Food Legacy eBook Redd Horrocks Carolyn Niedzwiecki

This is a WONDERFUL cookbook. This cookbook has down to Earth recipes that feature ingredients that everyone has in their pantries. Easy to follow directions and step by step walk throughs. There have been many times in which I have been searching for something and have skimmed this and wanted to make *everything* in this book after reading it. This is not a froo-froo cookbook that has recipes that only master cooks can make. This book is for everyone with even with people with minimal skills in the kitchen (like me). The desert section is also my favorite. I love the way the writer includes personal stories that describes how the dishes were created. Her blog is also fantastic. Expect to find more great dishes there too. There's only one thing that I wish this book had: more recipes. Maybe a second book is in order?

Salted Spoon The First Year of Creating a New Food Legacy eBook Redd Horrocks Carolyn Niedzwiecki Reviews

I've been a fan of Salted Spoon the blog for quite awhile now, and I'm so thrilled for the release of the eBook. I've tried several of the recipes in the book so far, and all of them are simple, approachable, and tasty. The writing is graceful, the recipes are inspired, and as a reader, I felt confident I was in the hands of a cook who knows what she's doing. A great book that I would recommend to anyone.
I tried few recipes and loved it. I like the fact that it is easy recipes for everyone to try. The presentation is well done. Looking forward to the next one.
Have tried some of these recipes over the last year and thoroughly enjoy them , but most of all I just enjoy reading the authors stories that go along with them. Cant wait for the next year!
